Client Success Stories
Big Chain Hotel
Our team assisted a large hotel, part of a national chain, through the reopening of its food and beverage department. Recruiting the right team members to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction boosting the hotels review scores on multiple sites. We also assisted in landing new corporate clients that had been previously unobtainable for the hotel, with the site experiencing double digit growth during our contract.
Site In Crisis
When a tragic event occurred in a small hotel, we were called upon to assist. We provided the owners and manager with support through the difficult time they were experiencing, honed a clear and direct response to the incident and insured the employees were looked after and given the support required. Although the site experienced a dip in revenue following the incident within a short time the hotel was trading at its expected levels with a happy team and satisfied owners.
Family Run Site
We assisted a venue that had become stagnated to revitalise its offerings including its menu and wedding package. The site had not reviewed pricing in several years leading to reduced GP and with its rivals then dominating the wedding market. We revised the wedding offer provided by the site making it competitive within the area, with increased numbers of weddings booked as a result. Following our review of pricing the site also experienced a healthy growth in GP.
